Installer crashes in vista when user name include's a ë

Hellow

I sadley found a bug in you're Great program. When I try to install I get

a funky thing in my name, its the wrong symbol. This is a problem because he can't vind the msi installer (paintdonet.msi)

its not a very big problem you just need to logon as another user. but a bug is a bug :)

I've debugged this and I have a workaround that will make Paint.NET work. However, it appears to be a bug in either .NET or Vista, and I'll be following up with those teams.
