I just downloaded a pluging,, and with all the dll files, I put into the Effects folder within Paint.net.. however there was 1 file that is a text document that opens with notepad... where should I put that file? Its always good to save the plugins and text files that come in the zip file. my computer crashed with all my plugins, and i didnt save any of them. i had to re download every one of them.
