Balloons

I'm new to paint.net and have'nt done much art work. I need to create a flyer for my daughters new business.

This involves drawing a bunch of diferent coloured balloons, i've tried using the elipse tool for this but does'nt

come out very balloon like, is there an easy way of doing this?

All so i will need to print text over the image, is there likely to be any problem when i come to do this?

For a balloon-like oblong, use the Ellipse tool with Shift key held down to make a circular shape.

Bisect it with a rectangular selection.

Pull the bottom-center adjusting nub down with the Move Selected Pixels tool.
