pdnnoob Posted September 3, 2010 Share Posted September 3, 2010 contrast-> go to Adjustments:Brightness/Contrast glow/highlights on soldier-> add new layer, use paintbrush set to a gray with a tint of color (depends on color of the picture) and paint where the glow will be, gaussian blur, Play with layer blend mode (try Additive or Glow maybe).
