Illnab1024
MODERATORS NOTE: this plugin has been superseded by a newer version; available in BoltBait's pack: https://forums.getpaint.net/topic/32048-boltbaits-plugin-pack-for-pdn-v406-updated-aug-16-2017/ Due to the other Plugin's link being dead, BoltBait and I made a quick solution for Flipping a selection. This is unlike PdN's flip whereas it flips the whole image and crops to the selection, and this actually flips the selection. DLL: FlipPlugin.dll Source: FlipPluginSRC.zip Edited July 13, 2018 by toe_head2001 1 Quote ~~
BoltBait
BTW, you can read more about the plugin here: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/32048-v Enjoy. Bob
Any chance to see this incorporated in PdN? Not for v 3.0, I know, but beyond. Quote No. Way. I've just seen Bob. Could you post another DLL that just leaves it in its old location in the main menu? BuzzKill
BoltBait, Since you were able to relocate your Color Balance plugin to the Adjustments menu, I think the Flip plugin would be a perfect fit in the Edit menu. BuzzKill
Oh well. Perhaps Rick will implement this basic yet useful tool into a future version of PdN. Sethmo
How do you use this plugin, when I use it, it says: "You have Chosen to open FlipPlugin.dll which is a: DLL file From: http://www.getpaint.net What should Firefox do w/ this file? Open With Browse Save File" When I opt for either, Lets say Save, it says (after I open) CAUTION You are a file of type 'Application Extension' (.dll) Blah Blah... Open with Cancel When I hit open w/, it says: Windows cannot open this file... To open this file, windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online and look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of programs on your computer. What do you want to do? Use the Web to find the appropriate program Select a program from a list :?: What does this mean? Sethmo

BoltBait
Please note that this plugin is now out of date. It has been replaced with the flip plugin in my plugin pack which can be downloaded here: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/32048-v Quote Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and a Free Computer Dominos Game
barkbark00
You are referring to the separate effects for horizontal flip and vertical flip, right? Any chance you could add a menu item that flips across both axes in one pass? At this point, the fact that this plugin has that option would be the only reason I keep it around... BoltBait
This plugin has been replaced by FLIP.DLL in my plugin pack. Your best bet is to delete FlipPlugin.dll and download my plugin pack (link in sig).
