Sarkut Posted August 28, 2010 Share Posted August 28, 2010 Set your secondary color to 0 Transparency - Alpha. Make a Radial Gradient on a new layer. Use Magic Wand on the alpha at zero Tolerance. Invert selection, fill with Paintbucket or use Outline Selection. Or make the gradient and apply the Transparency plugin effect set to maximum opacity.
