Judy Kristoff
I am trying to draw a circle split in three equal parts and apply a gradient in each of the 3 segments. When I apply the gradient tool, the gradient get applied to the whole canvas, not the region in which I would like to apply it. How do I go about applying the gradient separately to each segment of the circle?
APShredder
To apply a gradient to a section, you need to first create a selection around that region. Use either the lasso select (), the rectangular select (), the circular select (), or the magic wand (). EDIT: Beaten. niwax
If these gradients should be connected to one big gradient, you can also use the "Multicolor-Gradient"-PlugIn Quote PlugIns Made in Germany
n d
You could also try my new Shaped Gradient plugin (still at development: may be a bit slow but is fully functional.) It can be found here -> Edited August 13, 2010 by n d
