I guarantee you will make a mistake eventually And then it will be very difficult to debug when all you see are 5's and 6's instead of friendly names ... Plus, Visual Studio 2005 eliminates 90% of the typing on stuff like this with it's typing completion and whatnot. I prefer MIT, which is what Paint.NET is licensed under, but you of course have the right to choose whatever license you prefer (it's your code after all!).
