If you click the top-left icon in the Tools window, then click-and-drag at a diagonal on the canvas, is a rectangular selection is formed? Under Image....crop to selection is not highlighted at all. I will keep reading and working to try and sort things out.. Your help is so very much appreciated !!!!!! Ok...I finally cropped this photo, still trying to use the clone tool...GEEZE ! I envy you guys that can use this program with such ease....
