richardjmoss
Hello, Is it possible to resize a portion of an image into another shape? For example, I currently have a globe image, which is nice and circular as globes tend to be. Only problem is I actually want this globe to be square in shape. However, I don't simply want to cut out the middle of the globe for a square or a lot of the world is going to go missing So I need to somehow stretch the rounded corners into a square shape. Can anyone suggest how I can do this using paint.net? The only thing that I've found which even remotely resembles this kind of functionality is the Bulge tool which isn't accurate enough. Unfortunately the type of graphics I draw are normally fairly simple in nature so I haven't the foggiest how to do this kind of resizing/distorting. Any advice would be appreciated! warfighter67
You could use [Effects-->Render-->Shape3D] and make a cube shape. Not sure how it would look, but the only thing I can think of. Also, it's a plugin you need to download. It's in the plugins section if you're looking for it Quote My Soundclick!--Well of Souls MMO--Gallery--Facebook--Photobucket--Cool Tile Texture! richardjmoss
Thanks for the replies! I've now tried both of those plugins and unfortunately neither of them are going to do the job. Guess the globe will just have to stay that Thanks again; Richard Moss
