3doutlaw
In Photoshop supposedly (as I dont use/own it) there is an option to remove fringe pixels that may either be black or white when pasting a PNG onto a background. Is there a similar operation or plugin feature available in Paint.Net? Here is a snapshot of a good example of the operation, from another forum I am part of:
Ego Eram Reputo
Try SEARCHING with the term feather. The results should lead you to a number of plugins by BoltBait. These should help. Alternatively try the Grim Color Reaper plugin or the Alphaspace plugin.
