caesium5
Just downloaded Paint.NET v3.5.4 and Paint.NET v3.5.5 Beta and noticed that it is and executable file. However, we do not have admin rights at work and is unable to install programs. Does Paint.Net provides zipped packages (e.g. like Inkscape providing a 7z package) that allow users to just unzip and use?
Sarkut
No. Paint.NET needs to be installed.

Simon Brown
If you work has .NET 3.5 SP1, install Paint.NET at home and copy the files (C:\Program Files\Paint.NET) onto a USB key.
