Possible Clipboard Error: "The clipboard doesn't contain an image"

Hi,

I get this error quite often when trying to paste an image since I got a new computer: "The clipboard doesn't contain an image." It sometimes happens when I copy from Paint.Net, when copy part of my screen with a screen capture utility, and possibly other situations. For example, I sometimes use Ctrl+X to cut part of an image then immediately paste it and get this message - I know there should be something in the clipboard because the selected region disappeared.

This may not even be a Paint.Net error. I'm running Windows 7 64bit and Paint.net version 3.54.3708.31975.
