Almost a glowy feel, it's tough to explain, but i like it The border is also odd. Chrisco, the splatters work except in the top left corner were they start to look weird. Also, I think you had to overburn the edges because the sig was too big. Mayor, woah. The left side of the render looks awesome, whatever c4d you used is a keeper. Only minus for me is the text.
