ImAnOwl? Posted March 20, 2010 Share Posted March 20, 2010 Breakdown: the background looks like a wall stock so thats watcha gonna use first i think.. (or create a texture grungy wall texture) which you can finde under tutorials > texture... then some glowing lines with low opacity or overlay blendmode... you can probably find a tutorial on that... or just draw some and then play with the blendmodes...
