How to edit pictures like the CHUCK TV show into

total newbie here. Could anyone point me in the right direction on what effects are used in the intro for tv show called chuck?

There is a Thresold plugin that is part of Ed Harvey's plugin pack. It should give you the effect you need, although you'll have to color it yourself afterward, since the plugin gives you black and white results.

EDIT: Selective Palette may also be useful if you only load a few colors. :wink:
