BellaStar86 Posted March 12, 2010 Share Posted March 12, 2010 Hello, I am new to Paint.Net and i am new to it ,also,I feel overwhelmed and confused with many plug ins on this board(site) to download, but I am not sure what I should download first or something...I don't know what I should do now...Is my paint.net is already with all of these plug-ins or do I have to download them I do not have adobe pro shop,etc....
