2449 Not Starting

I took my build 2440 lying around, deleted it, and renamed by folder with build 2449 in it and renamed it to the Path 2440 used, which was all my default open and edit files. Do I need install 2450 manually and see what happens?

EDIT: And so you know, all my dlls are 2449.

I am really thinking this is a registry disagreement the current loadup doesn't fix...

Okay, a fresh install of 2450 worked...and it loads up...although I would still look into this, because I remember doing that with previous versions didn't harm it.
