Gamer123e4 Posted March 4, 2010 Share Posted March 4, 2010 I have un-zipped the file, placed it in Effects in Paint.net program file and nothing. I go to effects once I re-open Paint.net and there is nothing new. I have never done this before and was wondering if there is something I am doing wrong?
