I am working on sprite sheets and paste the photo in a 32x32 pixel new doc. Then I want to enlarge the photo by clicking a corner and dragging it to the 32x32 size. When I do so the character sprite looks blurred. Is there a way I can do it with that not happening? Thanks.

When resizing via selection nubs, Bilinear (or maybe Bicubic) resampling is used. This is great for photographs, but not so much for pixel-based art like spritesheets. You want to use Image -> Resize (Ctrl+R) and set the Resampling mode to Nearest Neighbor.

I didn't know that Pixel Art could be treated like a vector graphic.

...it can't... you just end up with bigger "pixels"
