fetticini Posted February 16, 2010 Share Posted February 16, 2010 this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. please install a program or if one is already installed create an association in the default programs control panel. this the message i get after i click download on the paint.net site. is it just not able to run on windows 7 yet?
