yenz
Hello paint. net, i was hoping that a page that incorporates the paint.net lingo, could be incorporated on the forum, ive read a couple of post, and was completely lost. I just installed the new version but havnt had the time to play with it but im sure i would pickup on the lingo as i go. but it wouldve saved me a lot of time if i had a reference page to go back and forth to. thanks in advance
Ego Eram Reputo
The help files explain a great deal. View them by pressing F1 in Paint.Net Forum lingo? Now that's another story...., What terms are you having trouble with? yenz
just was curious what pdn meant?
david.atwell
pdn = PaintDotNet. It's really written "Paint.NET" (Capital P, period in the middle, capital NET), but PdN has become a sort of unofficial shorthand for the program. It can also refer to the filetype that the program saves layered images in -- .PDN files. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
