PapyFr78 Posted January 31, 2010 Share Posted January 31, 2010 Hello Excuse me but i do'nt speak well.My problem.I open an picture.I select on color windows (For exemple)RVB 0 255 0 I paint this.I close image.When i open this picture ,the color is changing, it turn on R V B, 0 254 0. PapyFr78 Posted February 1, 2010 Author Share Posted February 1, 2010 Hello i am saving the image as BMP 8 bits for make an overview on game "counter strike" it 's the clear (transparent) color compulsorily. I explain you what i do.I have an image on 8bit BMP with bad color exactly RVB 0 254 0.I replace with white (second color) I choose primary color on 0 255 0.I replace white with this color.I memorize 8 bit ,i confirm it's good color 0 255 0.I close the image.When i open this image the color is bad it's 0 254 0 . Ego Eram Reputo Posted February 1, 2010 Share Posted February 1, 2010 I believe you're running into a limitation of the 8 bit BMP file format. This link might give you some background: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMP_file_format. See the section where it says: Images of 8 bits and fewer can be either grayscale or indexed color. Try saving in another format (*.PNG) and reopening. Are you absolutely committed to the BMP file format? PapyFr78 Posted February 2, 2010 Author Share Posted February 2, 2010 Hello I have found.I'm working on file format .PNG.I change color( 0 254 0) on( 0 255 0),I save on file format .PNG.
