I`m searching a PlugIn to write down in a vertical line.

Is there anything which would help me? I wasn`t able to find something like that by my own

If you are using the text tool, you can just hit 'Enter' after typing each letter. This should give you vertical text.

Also, if you wanted each letter centered on a vertical line, you would select each letter individually and move them all to different layers. Then, using the "Align Object" plugin, you would align every letter horizontally and then merge each letter layer until they are once again on the same layer.
