Swordyfish
When I try to download Paint.net, I get the zip file named Paint.NET.3.5.2.Install.zip but it doesn't let me unzip it? Well usually when I unzip items I can right click it and it will have the option for me, but now it doesn't? If this information helps, I used to have Paint.NET but one time when I tried to put in plug-ins and did it wrong, it stopped working for me so I stopped using it. In my control panel, I still have a Paint.net on it, but it will not delete. It says "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." Please help! > < I tried using GIMP after Paint.net stopped working for me but I just feel that Paint.net is just so much better for me. Sarkut
Swordyfish, This links to a thread that covers common uninstall and re-install problems: Download link: http://www.dotpdn.com/downloads/pdn.html Windows should open a zipfile simply by left-clicking. When you post again, pls. say what OS version (XP, Vista, etc) you are using, what OS Service Pack level you have installed, and whether you are fully current on Windows Updates. Also, do you have the Microsoft .NET Framework SP 1 installed? Edited April 7, 2010 by Sarkut
