RaveN
You can easily add some white in then blur it a lot to get that shine effect. You could easily find a font that will give stars, or butterflys, or find some clip art, and fill it in with white, the text can be moved around as well... RaveN
http://www.fonts.com/findfonts/mondosea ... &kid=Stars That is for the stars, kind of bad, I suggest making a small yellow circle in the center of a white star and putting some blur on it, like 2-4 pixels, then on each of the points, make a little one pixel wide line extension and blur that one pixel. http://www.dafont.com/butterflies.font Butterflies. I reccomend Using http://www.dafont.com/en for the fonts you use. If you EVER want clip art, I reccomend using http://www.grsites.com Great sites, all free. t2suggas
Will this do? Open this pic in paint.net. Magic wand/tolerance the black bit, go to Edit, invert selection, copy and past in your pic you want this in.
agonnazar
t2suggas, Couldn't you just put the pic on it's own layer, and set the layer to screen?
