Hey when i use the magic wand to remove a white backround/other solid backround theres always a rough white edge like the pic below

on the logo how do i remove that?

Use Boltbait's Feather to remove the white edges.

(Regarding your problem, if Feather does not render in the desired way, try the various Oultine plugins to outline the logo in the background colour (there is one by BoltBait and another by pyrochild).)
