jerry533482
I've seen some really cool pix made with paint.net that show a nebulae or a supernova in space. Now I know that you use digital noise for the stars, and the burninate effect for the structure of the deep-sky object, but how do you actually put the effect together? Link to another site if necessary(for step-by-step tutorials, videos, etc.).
