A simple question concerning thumbnails

When I upgraded recently I lost one of the most useful aspects of PDN.

When one clicks on the "file" "open" sequence what appears is the "List" option.

My old PDN showed the "thumbnail" option automatically.

Now one must get to "thumbnail" view manually. I have tried every tactic I know to get that functionally on 3.5.1 but cannot. I was just about to go back to an older version just for that functionality when I thought I should asked the PDN community for help first.

Well, 24 people looked but had no answer so I assume there is no answer.

I will just re-install my old version.

Installing the old version is a bad idea. You will only receive support for the latest version (see [rule=7]Rule #7[/rule])- if you have problems with a previous version you will only be told to upgrade.

Latest XP on my machine that loves Paint.NET!!

BINGO!!!

I created a Folder "My Pictures" and it works! My old 3.3.6 worked anywhere but I think I can deal with this work around.
