billiel
I have the latest version of Paint.net and I am having a problem with the eraser too. I used the magic wand to get rid of a background and was cleaning up what was left with the eraser. When I used the magic wand again and tried to use the eraser I couldn't get it to work. I am new to the program so perhaps I'm missing something. Thank you, Billie
Sozo
Hit CTRL+D to make sure the selection isn't interfering with the eraser tool.
pyrochild
Also make sure the selected layer is the one you're trying to use the eraser on. billiel
Thank you so much for the response. CTRL+D did the trick. I'm sure I'll have many more questions as I'm just learning the program.
