Usually if you are working on an image you have layers & these are easy to change but they need to be saved as a .pdn file. You may have to cut out the existing text & replace it with something else. It is useful to post an image so that people can see exactly what you mean. Best advice I can give you is to do a search to see if you can find an answer to your problem.
