In my case, the bottom 2/3 of the picture looks good, but I want to modify the top portion of the picture. someone93 Posted November 22, 2009 Share Posted November 22, 2009 Try this: Dupicate layer -> Apply effect on the new layer -> Select the gradient tool and set it to "Transparancy mode" (see image below) Try to create a gradient on your edited layer.
