Welcome to my gallery!




In real life I am known as Marjan, but on the net I am called Aislin Thespian. I am 22 years young with a babyboy, born on 27 July 2011. In 2009 I got the idea to take virtual photographs in second life, but they did not look very realistic, so I decided to do something with them. Adobe Photoshop was tooooo expensive for me, so I tried The Gimp, but I hated it, don't ask why, I do not even know the reason for it. Anyway, after a couple programs I came at Paint.Net, thanks to my ex-boyfriend. At first, I did not know how to use all of the tools, I was not able to 'paint' but just played a bit with the pictures to make them less blurry or pixelated. Now, finally, I am getting somewhere... My dream is to paint portraits for a living one day, so I can be at home, in front of my computer, with PDN and just paint, day and night.

May I ask what there is wrong about the 2 pics the moderator removed??? they were not naked pics, they were not pornpics or something.... it is art of females WITH clothes on.

A bit overreacted to my opinion......and i did remove one yesterday becouse I knew that, that one wasn't allowed

That modification of the first image in black and white is very nicely done. much better than the colored version. for some reason the hair just looks 100% better in the darker version.

great job on your gallery and sorry for not stopping by sooner and leaving a comment. I've been super busy and I'm trying to catch up on viewing the new galleries this week.

*giggles* yes if you are a second life photographer, the hair is alway's the most work because that looks most fake... I did some blurring, created a new layer and painted the dark spots black-blur-overlay and also did the same with white...

Am still trying to learn to create realistic hair... then I can make the pics of the avatars with bald head and create hair what they like :wink:

The winter "Aislin" one is my favourite & I love your avvie too! Well done!

The before & after gives us an idea of what you are trying to achieve. You did very well with this one.

P.S. Personally I didn't mind any of those ones you removed but there are rules. Do you have a Deviant Art gallery? They should be on display & DA is really good for that.
