jstottman Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 If I make an photo black and white, how can i make an object in the photo still have color but the rest of the photo be black and white. An example would be a photo of a vase of flowers. How would you make the flowers in color but the rest of the photo black and white? Quote
DarkShock Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Just select the part of the image that you want in black & white using one of Paint.NET's selection tools and then apply the adjustment. Quote ---- Gallery | Sig Tutorial | deviantART | Sig Videos | PhotoBucket ----D E S T I N Y
Ego Eram Reputo Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Usually you start with a colored photo and make parts of it black and white. We call this the Pleasantville effect. jstottman Posted September 25, 2009 Author Posted September 25, 2009 I may not have been clear on that but I am starting with a color photo. I'll check out the Pleasantville Effect. Thanks Quote
