Adblock Plus is always my first plugin on a clean install of Firefox. Always.

Lazarus Form Recovery, FoxyTunes, and Tab Mix Plus make my browsing complete. I have the Web Developer Toolbar for productivity, and I use FEBE to update my plugins and bookmarks from the previous install.

I try to keep it simple. My Firefox takes long enough to load as it is. :-)

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

This, plus Xmarks (formerly Foxmarks). Eventually, other things get installed as I need them. Answers, Fission, Lazarus, DownThemAll!, and IETab are what I have on here now, but this computer was just wiped for Windows 7 RTM like 3 days ago.

What? I thought you just got a new PC. :P

My Firefox start up may not be instantaneous like Chrome, but I'm willing to wait the 9 seconds in exchange for the use of my 34 add-ons. ;)

Okay, good point. ;-) Yeah, it doesn't take too long on this pc, but my add-ons are FEBE'd from my old pc. So I guess "takes" should be "took."

I think Adblock, NoScript and WOT are definitely essential extensions for me.

I also have Tinymenu and Smart Bookmarks Bar so I can reduce the toolbars at the top to as few as possible and still have my most used bookmarks 1 click away.

Also I have IETab and one I added called FoxTab which basically gives you Vista`s flip3D in your browser,or you can have your tabs in a grid or carousel. It`s had an update recently which means you just have to right click on the mouse and using the scroll wheel you can instantly flip through all your tabs to the one you want.Really cool.

For downloading I have the Download Status Bar .

Themes - used to have Pitch Dark but since I have updated to 3.5 I have stuck with the Default theme (so far).

As to loading times, my Firefox launches in seconds . Little bit longer after I have first started up but after that it launches really quickly. Far quicker than IE ever has.
