It was simple but in the end it is that we can put the radiation but I do not find this tool. If someone knows where the radiation tool, thank you for telling me. Use the ellipse tool ( ) to make an already filled ( :ShapeInterior: ) white circle. It must be very large and start above the canvas. 4. Adjust the transparency.
