theonlychad
Honestly if you made something similar my steps differ. Also i had some people that wanted a tutorial on how to do the concrete texture that i made. I stumbled upon this method of doing this by experimenting. flip
Honestly if you made something similar my steps differ. I do my way exactly the same. Also i had some people that wanted a tutorial on how to do the concrete texture that i made. You said this in PMing: yeah seeing as you came up with it too i have to have your permission to post a tutorial on it lol. Quote Gallery
theonlychad
if i remember correctly that was regarding the texture in the abstract. Which is also the texture in your current siganture. If you want me to credit you in the tutorial i will. I'm not gonna lower myself to your level by dragging out old p'ms anyways. The is a forum for sharing ideas and techniques not just to learn and not teach something that you may have found out. Quote "Clearly it's a very serious and literal meaning. sokagirl
I agree with theonlychad , we should share techniques and ideas . I would if I had some good ones . I see nothing wrong with it :?: Besides Chad's concrete is different from what you have in your signature Flip ..
Ego Eram Reputo
@theonlychad: It is a neat texture. Why don't you post it in Stone 101? With smaller screenshots if you please @flip: please post your version there too so we can see both. TopHATslash
Ah c'mon. I made this up. Except for the relief part, but I did that originally. Are you really whining about this? If you made it up, then you should have posted a tutorial. Been less selfish. :? Great work chad. Very realistic texture.

Matt101840
Uh, not to be a bother. But don't you need to provide a list of what add-ons used in this tutorial, and links to them? I mean I felt I had to tell you this before the mods read my comment and leave you an embarrassing comment. And don't tell me to read the Tutorial Forum Posting Guidelines because I did and there was nothing said about add-ons, but I have seen some comments form the mods saying that they needed add-on lists. theonlychad
I wrote this a while back and i guess i didn't notice that i forgot to put a link for displacement the two other plugins used are built into paint.net so do ask for links for those. I am guess why the mods haven't said anything before is because of the clear indicator in the screen shots that show the names of the plugins(yes i know for a fact that at least one mod has read this tutorial and found nothing wrong with it). Thank you for pointing out that i forgot that one link. Also why would it be an embarrassing comment if the mods left a message they normally either fix it themselves or send you a pm. We are all human and we all make mistakes no need to make a big deal out of it good day to you sir, chad Quote "Clearly it's a very serious and literal meaning. uvah
This is going to sound stupid. I want to do the concrete texture but...................where it says go to effects\color\solarize, there's effect and there's color but no solarize. Unless I'm missing something again. PeaceHeather
Step 1: Open a new document at 800 x 600. Select orange for your primary color. Render clouds at these settings in the picture below. May I ask - why orange to start? Absolutely freakin stunning effect, btw.
