Hope this is not too simple a question to ask --- in paint, i could use the brush, draw an enclosed shape (for eg. a circle), then use the bucket tool and it would fill only the inside of the circle. I have not been able to do that with paint.net yet. If i try to do that, it fills the whole layer.
