debra_s Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Hi, sorry for the newbie question, but I recently downloaded paint.net and I can't seem to find a channels tab. Are there channels in paint.net? thanks Quote
DarkShock Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 There isn't a channels tab in Paint.NET, but there is a Channels plug-in you can download from this forum. I'm not sure how well it works because I haven't tried it yet. You can use the Paint.NET search to find the plug-in. After you download the Plug-in restart Paint.NET (if you have it open at the time the plug-in is added) and you can find it under Adjustments after you open up Paint.NET. There are also many other color adjustment plug-ins available here: Color Match, Color Mixer, Color Balance, and more. Quote ---- Gallery | Sig Tutorial | deviantART | Sig Videos | PhotoBucket ----D E S T I N Y
DarkShock Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 If you don't know how to install a plug-in then visit this thread: http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2023 Glad to help. Quote ---- Gallery | Sig Tutorial | deviantART | Sig Videos | PhotoBucket ----D E S T I N Y
Sozo Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Not as such, though you can manipulate the channels through Adjustments like Curves or Curves+. I'm assuming you mean RGB or CMYK channels, and not Alpha. Is this what you mean? Beaten. Quote
