Rick Brewster Posted September 19, 2009 Share Posted September 19, 2009 Open a folder view to %TEMP%: go to Start -> Run, type "%TEMP%" (with or without quotes, it won't matter), and then click OK. Once in there, see if you can find a directory called PdnSetup. If you do, delete it. If you do not, then try creating one of that name. If you get any errors in either case, you may have a deep issue with your hard drive or file system. Running chkdsk can often help here.
