I think I've read something about saving multi-format icon files (i.e. 16, 32 and 48 pixel sizes in one icon file) in the forum, but I couldn't find any documentation about the plugin. I have tried to put all three sizes of images in separate layers and select the right icon formats, but it would only save all layers merged into the icon, not separated by size. How can I use Paint.NET (and this plugin) to create icons that contain multiple size formats? I took a brief look at the source code with .NET Reflector but wasn't able to follow its traces. APShredder Posted August 25, 2009 Share Posted August 25, 2009 I think (and I'm not sure about this but I think), that when you save the file using the icon plugin, you get a pop up that lets you select the dimensions of the file. Hope this helps. By the way, I think this is only available with the latest update of the plugin. Zagna Posted August 26, 2009 Share Posted August 26, 2009 You only need to have a single layer containing your icon. Say, 128x128 pic with it. You don't need to manually create the separate sizes.
