RHoward
I'm expecting an email from a friend who uses mostly Illustrator. I'm wordering if there is a program, plugin, somehing I can use to view or convert files from Illustrator to PDN.
david.atwell
No. That's akin to asking if there's a way to open sound files in PdN; it's not possible because the two filetypes are for vastly different image types. You'll need to open the Illustrator file in Illustrator or Inkscape and save it as a JPG, PNG, GIF, or BMP. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

Crimson
I do believe Illustrator can save in raster formats. Ask your friend to save his files in PNG, if he can. If not, you can use other software to convert the files, which you can find through a quick Google search. RHoward
I'm downloading Inkscape right now. Hopefully the files work. I looked at Illustrator...I could get it for the great, low price of $599.00..For that price, I'd rather buy rosetta stone and learn Ukrainian...
