Campfireshop
I want to use Paint to prepare photographs to be put on t-shirts, sweatshirts, and similar items. One thing that I want to do is to create my own frames or borders. Rough edged borders of a variety of looks or styles. How do I do that with Paint? Remember that I will need everything outside that border or edge to be transparent so that I can place the images on garments that may be black, white, or a variety of different colors. Curmudgeon
one possible way would be to make a rectangle selection inside the perimeter of your image, then invert the selection, then run dents, with settings to your liking, and under the "edge behavior" tab, choose transparent or fade edge plugin...not sure what effect you're going for
