Mendo Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 (edited) Hello Everyone And Welcome To My Gallery! First of all, i am a big fan of signatures, so the majority of the work you'll see here, will consist of sigs. I've been using PDN for just over 1 year now and i'm improving everyday, mainly with the help of these forums. I would like to thank the Mods, ceators, assistnts and plugin writers along ith everyone else that helped contribute to meking paint.NET as good as it is. Feel free to browse my gallery and give feedback if/when you can, I like to learn from other PDN users so feel free to give me hints, or ask questions about anything in my gallery. My Signatures! sokagirl Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 No matter still a nice effect to it , did you use gradient for it ? Quote
Mendo Posted October 19, 2009 Author Posted October 19, 2009 yer mainly gradients but i used a couple of different adjustments to get the warm feeling if you get what i mean Quote Simplicity For The Win! Sig Battle Wins: || Please Feel Free To Check Out My Gallery
oma Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 well if this is where you live I'm packing my bags right now and coming for a visit. That scenery is lovely. Is this taken with your own camera and manipulated/adjusted in Paint.net or just a download from internet of where you live? usually when people download and switch out and manipulate a photo its nice to see the original (as a link) so we can compare to the worked on one . Gives others an idea of how things can be done to their own images. you've got a nice start to your gallery. I've put it on my watch list and will come by from time to time. May not always leave a message but I certainly do look. ciao OMA Quote My Deviant Art Gallery Oma's Paint.Net gallery

sokagirl Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 So , when are you going to show us more of your creations ?? Quote
SkullSplitter Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 Nice signatures. I like how you're experimenting with many different effects, but in some of them you use too many effects. You should work on depth and blending. In some of the sigs, like your current one, the render looks like it's pasted on the background. Try to adjust the colors so the render fits the background. Also, some of them have a problem with flow. Search for sig tutorials, you should find some nice ones. I like these two: Keep it up! Quote My gallery Spider-man signature tutorial

sokagirl Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Is the new abstract the yellow mixed colored ball ? You should use the shape3d with :AntiAliasingOn: so you'll end up with smoother edges  Quote
Mendo Posted November 23, 2009 Author Posted November 23, 2009 i did but he colours were inverted so i put the black shading there myself coz i inverted after shape3d and i had :AntiAliasingOn: on but the gradient made it a little sketchy/ :AntiAliasingOff: Quote Simplicity For The Win!
