I'm working on a Batman avitar and I want some fog at his feet and in the background. So how do you make something like that? DarkShock Posted August 11, 2009 Share Posted August 11, 2009 You are in luck. I've done this many times. 1. Set your primary color to black and your secondary to black. 2. Make a new layer on the top of your current image. 3. Go to render > clouds (you can keep the settings at default. 4. Set the blending mode of the layer to screen. 5. Select the gradient tool and set it to transparency mode. 6. Start your gradient from the bottom of your image to where you want the top of the mist to end. It should look better. The white part of the cloud will be the mist.
