Way2cool
Question for the Experts with Paint.net. If I have an animated photo, such as a smiley face that is moving, how can I add text to it and it still remain a moving photo after I make the text and save it? Is that possible with this program? Thanks, Dewy
DarkShock
I do believe it is possible with a plug-in you can find here. I haven't used it before so I don't want to give you the wrong information. Search the plug-ins section and you should find a plug-in that lets you make animated GIFs using Paint.NET. I think Simon Brown made it. Good luck. yellowman
First of all you have to download this plugin, and save it in the correct folder of PDN, visit this page and follow all instruction for downloading and saving: Animated Image 1.7 - Animated GIF and Animated PNG >then change the extension of the file you want to add text to it from GIF to AGIF >open it with paint net >add new layer (keep it transparent) and type your text on it >duplicate this layer as same number of frames you have >move text layer one on top of each frame, and merge it with the frame >save your result as AGIF >go to your saved file and remove just "A" from the file extension (means change AGIF to GIF) thats all Quote My GalleryMy YouTube Channel "PDN Tutorials"
