joshf325
I use paint.net to clean up older documents that were scanned in (I don't have the originals) and becuase they weren't scanned in straight, I usually have to rotate them up to 1 degree. When I rotate the image, the text becomes blurry. Is there any way to work around that?

drakaan
can you show an example of part of one of the rotated images?

LFC4EVER
not possible. PDN is a raster image editor and not a vector one. the document you scanned is made up of pixels so you're likely to get some blur when rotating. you could try re-typing the document after rotating, if the document isn't handwritten. Rick Brewster
If you're using the Move Selected Pixels tool, or Layers->Rotate/Zoom, they are using bilinear resampling. Long story short, you may get better results by first resizing the image to be larger (Image->Resize) by 2x, then rotating, then shrinking back to the original size. Then, you may also use Effects->Photo-Sharpen with a value of 1, if that helps.
