Sharp
2 Problems with smudge. One, It doesn't work well with transparency, and two, I prefer using as few stocks/brushes as possible. Although if there's no other way I could deal with the second problem. soul41
Hey I know that tut (looks at sig). Edit: I don't see any problems with the smudge plugin (that's what I used). I dont remember the exact settings I used but I remember that I used the default round circle brush and adjusted the quality (at the bottom) to make it as similar to the smudging in the tut as possible. Hope this helps. Edit 2: P.S: I made quite some time ago, so I'll have to go back and check what I did. Edit 3: When I got to the black smudging, I brushed in black and duplicated the layer a couple of times. I then used a high rate (somewhere around 80+) with the default circle brush at various sizes to smudge all of the layers "irregularly". Then, I adjusted the opacity on all of the layers. Hope this makes sense.
