Kaiser Yoshi Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 I've been using Paint.NET to edit Super Smash Bros. Brawl textures, which come in TGA format. Most of the files are 24-bit, which is fine, but some of them need to be saved as 8-bit TGAs, and Paint.NET apparently doesn't do that?
