I have downloaded the plug-ins that I wish to use, but after I install the Plug-ins to my effects folder in my Paint.NET folder, it won't let me open Paint.NET to start creating. It gives me this error message "Paint.NET has encountered a problem and needs to close." Am I doing something wrong? what is going on???? any help would be appreciated.

There should be a file on your desktop: pdncrash.log. Please post the contents of that file here.
